He listened to our needs and when we set our price limit, he did not keep pushing us to more expensive models. They even paid for a car wash after leaving the lot. I don't think I got as much for my trade as I should have, considering it was a new Jeep with only 2100 miles on it and $14k in upgrades, but I needed to get out of it. FYI, their service department is great. I've bought three vehicles from this dealership and the service guys are very friendly. More

EXCELLENT customer service I called regarding a car I found on cars.com and set an appointment. Upon my arrival my requested car was pulled up front and waiting for my arrival. I was greeted with a smile from the lady at the front desk and Aspen came out right away with a sales person. She came back and checked on us to make sure we were satisfied and didn't need anything. Customer service is EVERYTHING nowadays and she's the perfect example of it. Needless to say we bought a car on the first look which has NEVER happened.
