I had felt that Glenn Polk dealership would take care of a problem with my Ram 1500. After sending me to customer care with no other help. I was informed that C/C was more than willing to help, great I thou a problem with my Ram 1500. After sending me to customer care with no other help. I was informed that C/C was more than willing to help, great I thought. Silly me G.P wanted $1100.00. C/C explained G.P was a privately owned dealership, and could do what they wanted. Enter Shottenkirk CDJR, yes we'll take care of you. Parts were ordered, call was made to drop off truck in the pm. Truck was ready and perfect the next afternoon. Great job. More

I took my Ram 1500 in for service and was pleased at how the process turned out. They have a nice waiting area with coffee, but offered me a shuttle to the house and even came to pick me up once my vehicle the process turned out.
