Hi. I had a check engine light and my service rep let me know it could take three days to figure out what was wrong. In the meantime, there are no loan I had a check engine light and my service rep let me know it could take three days to figure out what was wrong. In the meantime, there are no loaner cars and the deal at the Enterprise rental car turned out to be over $70 dollars a day as I needed to add another person since we are without my car. So far my expenses are $225 for the diagnostics, $460 for rental car. I leave for Kansas City on the 15th. I called late in the day today since I dropped the car off on Friday morning, I have heard nothing and don't know if anyone has started looking at the car. It has been two days without communication. This is not normal behavior from this dealership and Lacey who is on vacation was always good about keeping me posted. If somehow you can't fix the car in time for my move, can I drive it like it is to Kansas City (8 hour trip) and then get it repaired there? I hope to hear from someone on Monday. Thanks. More

The in-person experience need not synch up with the online scheduling experience which was annoying. They were able to get my oil change & tire rotation completed within about in hour, but they couldn' online scheduling experience which was annoying. Left the dealership feeling like I was severely taken advantage of. Replaced a $25 part located at the top of the engine with only a few bolts....charged $700.
