Hands down this has been the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I didn't buy my dodge there but they treated me like I did. The service representative I had JORDYN was amazing. I am grading the experience low because the service department response to incoming phone calls is atrocious. Jordyn was a lovely person to deal with and she made me feel welcomed. My complaint is th department response to incoming phone calls is atrocious. Jordyn was a lovely person to deal with and she made me feel welcomed. My complaint is the inability to speak to a service representative on the phone. I encourage you to try and reach someone by phone. I’ve tried calling two different people’s mobile numbers and several times calling the central number and selecting “service”. I was charged $1,500. 00 for repairs that were incorrectly diagnosed and did not fix the problem. Then I was asked to approve another $2,200.00 worth of repairs to fix the 00 for repairs that were incorrectly diagnosed and did not fix the problem. Service department was not able to install my recall updates due to some issue so now I have to spend my time to go back to get updates. 3. Service department fixed my tire when I asked for it not to be fixed because I have a tire warranty. 4. No text responses from my supposed service writer. 5. quoted $17 for wiper replacement and was charged over $70!! More
