Hands down this has been the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I didn't buy my dodge there but they treated me like I did. The service representative I had JORDYN was amazing. I am grading the experience low because the service department response to incoming phone calls is atrocious. Jordyn was a lovely person to deal with and she made me feel welcomed. My complaint is the inability to speak to a service representative on the phone. I encourage you to try and reach someone by phone. I’ve tried calling two different people’s mobile numbers and several times calling the central number and selecting “service”. I was charged $1,500. 00 for repairs that were incorrectly diagnosed and did not fix the problem. Then I was asked to approve another $2,200.00 worth of repairs to fix the 00 for repairs that were incorrectly diagnosed and did not fix the problem. Service department fixed my tire when I asked for it not to be fixed because I have a tire warranty. 4. No text responses from my supposed service writer. 5. quoted $17 for wiper replacement and was charged over $70!! More
Hi. I had a check engine light and my service rep let me know it could take three days to figure out what was wrong. In the meantime, there are no loaner cars and the deal at the Enterprise rental car turned out to be over $70 dollars a day as I needed to add another person since we are without my car. So far my expenses are $225 for the diagnostics, $460 for rental car. I leave for Kansas City on the 15th. I called late in the day today since I dropped the car off on Friday morning, I have heard nothing and don't know if anyone has started looking at the car. It has been two days without communication. This is not normal behavior from this dealership and Lacey who is on vacation was always good about keeping me posted. If somehow you can't fix the car in time for my move, can I drive it like it is to Kansas City (8 hour trip) and then get it repaired there? I hope to hear from someone on Monday. Thanks. More
