Austin is an amazing service advisor! This is the second time in 2 weeks we have visited him to have work done on my wife's jeep. This time we had the tires balanced and an alignment done This is the second time in 2 weeks we have visited him to have work done on my wife's jeep. This time we had the tires balanced and an alignment done on her wrangler. The jeep was completed fast by the tech that handled it! All around great service! I also liked that there were beverages supplied in the waiting area. That was a great bonus! Once again we are fans of Austin and will return for our service needs! More

My oil change was a disaster. Ended up at home with oil all over the engine, the bottom of the vehicle, and all over my garage. I had to drive back after calling a 3rd party mechanic and checking oil level to ensure I didn’t DESTROY THE ENGINE. To find out that they were sloppy, careless, or somehow otherwise negligent in giving me back a car with a “torn o-ring” on the air filter. Brand new oil rings ship with the filter from MOPAR. To top it all off, nobody bothered to offer to clean the engine, undercarriage, or otherwise care about the negative impact this had on me as a customer. More
