Car was supposed to take 2-3 days for brakes. Car sat from Monday- Thursday with nothing done. Was then told it could take 5 days. Waste of time. Picked up vehicle to take somewhere else. My vehicle was there 1 week 3 days for a guess on what could've been the problem.. is it common practice where dealerships don't have loners? Also my vehicle has been there 3 times for the same issue... I could've been the problem.. is it common practice where dealerships don't have loners? My last two visits have left a lot to be desired. I decided to give it another chance since it’s the center closest to home. Well I went in, drove into the service center and was ignored for a good while, mind you they were not busy at all, I was the only incoming vehicle. There were 3 guys inside one office and no one bothered to at least say they would be with me shortly. Another service advisor was in his office and looked up several times at me but just went on with his business at his desk. It wasn’t until the lead came walking from the back and asked if I had been helped… guess what the man at his desk who had seen me popped right up and walked over to me. Usually you go in check in and that’s it but I sat in his office for an awkward amount of time just watching him type away in his computer until finally he said I was set and I could go wait. An hour later a different guy comes my way and hand me my keys and a 0 dollar invoice. So I say oh so my service is free? He replied well how much are you supposed to pay? I was like what! I said well can you at least tell me or verify what you did to my vehicle … oh and the multi point inspection I specifically asked for was not given to me. He said if no one reached out about an issue then everything should be ok. At this point I have no confidence in anything… so we go on and he says ok so where you going to pay $120 or $140? Like seriously Mr. I should have kept my mouth closed and walked away with a free service, but really that would have been pretty crappy on my end. I’m really trying to be a good person, but gah… long story short I hope they performed what I went in for, disappointed I didn’t get my status report… I know the workforce right now is limited and hard to get good people, but come on… what ever happened to customer service… disappointed to say the least. Hunter was great to work with. He was attentive and answered my questions. He even answered his cell phone when he was at lunch. He was attentive and answered my questions. He even answered his cell phone when he was at lunch. More
