We've bought five vehicles from Schottenkirk and sales dept. is great, but the service center is poor at best. Ecru time we've taken a vehicle in, it's been a huge issue to get anything fixed correctly. E dept. is great, but the service center is poor at best. Ecru time we've taken a vehicle in, it's been a huge issue to get anything fixed correctly. Even oil changes with a reservation takes half a day. The service writer turn over is amazing and the times I've dealt with the service manager, I felt like he didn't have a care or want to help. Plus, the extended warranty they sell is worthless. More

It seems your process is designed to keep a customer there as long as you can. This leads to angry customers. It should not take all day to replace two batteries.
