The service department are the only people to get the 5 stars. The sales department are enough of an aggravation that I will never buy another vehicle from Shottenkirk CDJR. When I attempted to speak with someone to rectify the situation, nobody could be found and no manager was seen anywhere in the lobby area of the building. I stood there next to one of the chargers on the floor for 5 minutes, and nobody bothered to ask if I needed any assistance, and that's not the first time that has happened. We were sold a vehicle that had open recalls and nobody said anything. When trying to assess the problem before we had the Jeep towed to the dealership, I found a GPS tracker attached to the battery and hidden under the battery cover. Nobody told us that your dealership attaches GPS trackers to vehicles before they are sold. At this point I'm wondering what else we haven't been told about. More

Disappointment is the first statement I'd like to make. I should've been told that so I wouldn't waste my time, I was told that the front end cannot be duplicated but the minute I leave it's duplicated. also disappointed in the cost. I have never paid that much for an oil change entire rotation if I knew it was gonna be that expensive. I would have not done it at least not there. When you call at a sufficient time in advance, the person on the other line, should tell you the truth. If you can't do it on that particular date, tell the person the truth instead of just trying to get them in to get business. More
