We brought in a truck with an extended warranty that we had run the code on and knew it needed a fuel pump sensor . It took 4 days for them to finally test and agree on that and Then they ordered the part had run the code on and knew it needed a fuel pump sensor . It took 4 days for them to finally test and agree on that and Then they ordered the part. Almost two weeks without truck then get back and realize after my kid drives it 10 days alone that it wasn’t even fixed. Brought back…. They put a bad fuel pump on it supposedly… where is the quality control? Hunter was nice but service dept needs some help More

Was sold a warranty covering the tires up to 15000 miles against road hazard. Felt as though I was deceived. The tire affected had only 20000 miles. Was able to resolve my issue through another tire company against road hazard. Felt as though I was deceived. The tire affected had only 20000 miles. As always we had excellent service. My wife and I brought both jeeps in for oil changes. We usually have Austin for our advisor but he was leaving early that day so we were connected wi My wife and I brought both jeeps in for oil changes. We usually have Austin for our advisor but he was leaving early that day so we were connected with Brice. He was great! He took one jeep while my wife and i went to eat lunch and then when we returned he had the second jeep in right away! The waiting room was exceptional and we were treated very well. Brice and Austin, i believe, are assets to your company and we will return for service as long as they are there. More
