This is by far the WORST dealership. I took my Jeep in for what should have been a simple fix on the 3rd row seat so it would fold properly. They have had my car for a month. Each time i I took my Jeep in for what should have been a simple fix on the 3rd row seat so it would fold properly. They have had my car for a month. Each time it is almost ready for me to pick up they break another part. They are completely careless. They broke the part for my seat and had to order another one. Mistakes happen I get it (but it gets worse!) They reorder the part and then scratch my entire back bumper along with destroying the side panel on a completely different seat. They say they will "make it right". Just when it is about ready they break the handle on the 2nd row seat. Then they finally go to return my car to me and the 3rd row seat doesn't fold. They have destroyed my car and want to "make it right". I am pretty sure they knew the 3rd row seat wouldn't fold as she drove my car to the front of the dealership and handed me the key and said have a good day. She was hoping I would just drive off and not look it over. A dealership with GOOD customer service would have walked around the car with me and showed me everything they fixed and that it works. However, after a month I no longer trust them. I picked my car up and took it else where to be fixed. I have made sure that everyone I know is aware of my experience here. More

He took the time to explain everything in detailHe made sure service was covered by the factory warrenty[we had 3 days left on the warrenty]. He made all the arrangements for our rental vehicle at Enterprise. H called several times to make sure all was well with us and to give updates on the progress with our vehicle. I have never experienced such exceptionally good service anywhere before. More
