The dealership was like a ghost town, very little activity, and many spaces were completely empty. Scheduled maintenance for oil change, tire rotation, window cracks and door not closing. Dropped my daughter’s car off on Friday and they didn’t get me an estimate until 5 days later. Parts were ordered and then they didn’t get to it for another week. 3 days after service, my oil tank empty with missing oil drain plug. Last night, my husband had to wait on a highway for tow truck during a freezing temperature.
