I went for service today and was told truck will be ready in under 2 hours. i checked around hour and 30min and was told its almost done, then checked again at 2 hours and told again they are finishing tire in under 2 hours. i checked around hour and 30min and was told its almost done, then checked again at 2 hours and told again they are finishing tire rotation. All this time i noticed a similar truck parked behind the service area. After 2 hours i walked to that area and noticed it was my truck and dealership did not even started the service. Very unprofessional and i would not trust this dealership for anything. I wonder if they would have charged me without even doing the oil change if i had not noticed. More

Called again, scheduled an appointment and asked for a rental. 1/18: Not aware of my request for a rental, but got one. T 1/16: Still no call back. Texted around 1pm asking for an update and was told they can’t look at my car for 5-7 days. Why schedule an appointment if you can’t look at it for several days later and pay a rental fee in the interim? More
