My oil change was fine, but I have a concern that I need addressed by the service department. I was told that I would have to drop off my vehicle and let it sit in the parking lot for three days waiting to addressed by the service department. I simply don’t understand why I can’t make an appointment. I understand that my car may need to stay in the shop after it’s diagnosed. But I believe I should be able to make an appointment to have the diagnostics done. It is an unacceptable practice to ask people to be without their vehicles while just waiting in a days-long queue. The dealership needs to do better scheduling staff and appointments. More
