Rude service advisor. I declined the service. You are not doing a favor, we pay to get service done. Learn some customer service etiquette. I declined the service. You are not doing a favor, we pay to get service done. Learn some customer service etiquette. More

This visit was the least chaotic visit I’ve had there. For the first time the visit went as planned without issue. For the first time the visit went as planned without issue. More
I was very pleased that a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, dealer was it willing and able to do an oil change on an Alfa Romeo Stelvio SUV. (All of those brands are now owned by Stelantis). Having a dealer 2 dealer was it willing and able to do an oil change on an Alfa Romeo Stelvio SUV. (All of those brands are now owned by Stelantis). Having a dealer 2 miles from my house, that was able to perform the service, saved me 40 minutes of travel each way to Plano, as well as the associated tolls. The staff was very courteous, and my car was finished in an hour and ten minutes; about average for an oil change at most places. I would have given the dealer a 5-star review if not for one major issue. I hadn’t noticed it when I was signing my credit card receipt, but they added a $4.94 surcharge to my bill because I used a credit card instead of paying cash. No mention at all was made of that before I paid, and I didn’t realize it until I got home. Not that I would have paid cash regardless, but common courtesy by the dealer would dictate that they are upfront when adding such a surcharge. At least I will know for next time and will either have cash or will be aware of the surcharge for credit. More
