I had a problem at the end of the day on a Friday. I didn’t think I would even get an opportunity for anyone to even look at it. To my surprise, I had called and talked to Robby. I was close and didn’t think I would even get an opportunity for anyone to even look at it. To my surprise, I had called and talked to Robby. I was close and he was waiting for me and guided me into the service bay. He got with the mechanic and I had a quick overview of what was going on. I am impressed with the level of help from my mechanic and Robby. Great job on keeping me informed.
