I bought a 2019 F450 from them in September and I wouldn't buy another vehicle from them again and would caution all who choose to do business with them to read my review thoroughly. It was storming very badly on the day that I bought my vehicle. I had the day off because of the rain (oil field work) and I decided to go to the dealership and look at a King Ranch 450. On arrival I was shown to the King Ranch and when I opened the driver side door, the step was already down and wouldn't retract. I figured that wasn't too bad, they could fix that. I opened the door and myself and the salesman got inside and the vehicle would not crank. The engine would turn over but it wouldn't crank and I look at the gauges and it is completely out of fuel. When I say completely, I mean it wouldn't even start. Who runs a diesel engine out of fuel to the point that it won't even crank and then leaves it that way for someone to look at? I told him I was no longer interested and I was about to leave when he showed me the truck that I bought. Again, it was storming badly and raining so hard and so when I drove the truck I couldn't hear very well. I drove it and really liked it and I bought it. Everyone was so happy to help and take my money. The next day, it wasn't raining. I could hear the brakes grinding pretty badly so I called the dealership and told them what was going on and they agreed to repair it for me. So, I took a day off work (that costs me money) and I drove an hour back to the dealership for the to fix the truck. I got to them around 10 am and they took the truck back and looked at it. They came back and said that the brakes were so shot, they would have to replace the rotors as well. THIS IS THE POINT !! They had not 1 but 2 trucks that went through their inspection process and both of them were so bad that it was absolutely negligent. Be careful about what you buy because they do not inspect these vehicles. They order parts and work on it until 7:30 pm when they come and tell me that they got the wrong parts in and it wouldn't be fixed this day. So, I spent all day and waited for nothing. Then this nasty sales manager comes out and tries to tell me how they are doing me a favor by repairing it. So, I let them have it, both barrels. The next day they brought my repaired truck to me and picked up their loaner and that was that. Fast forward to November and I am working in West Virginia and have 5000 miles on the truck since I bought it and BOTH of the axles seals that they put in have blown. See, when you replace the rotors on a dual rear wheel truck, you have to pull the axles and that means new axle seals and they didn't put back the good kind, they put the cheapest ones they could find in. So now I am in West Virginia in another vehicle because my 450 that they repaired is in the shop getting the axle seals and brakes replaced since they got oil from the axles on the pads. I am paying for another truck and the repairs as well. I contacted the dealership about 6 times and finally got someone to "help" me. He emailed me a copy of the receipt where they bought my axle seals from AutoZone..... They won't help me get it repaired and they told the dealership that is doing the repairs that it wasn't their problem. They won't cover the cost of the repairs or the expenses I am out and it is absolutely disgusting. Be warned, they won't help you if you need them too. I will never deal with these people again, absolutely the worst experience of my life in terms of a vehicle purchase. They talk a good game but if you have a problem, they will not back up their vehicles. Shame on you people. More
As a US Marine veteran and with a recently deployed son in the Marines, I am a no nonsense guy when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend the dealership and their team of veterans and cust in the Marines, I am a no nonsense guy when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend the dealership and their team of veterans and customer service professionals. The team made it a point to be genuinely thankful for our service members and proud to be serving our community. I brought my sons truck in for several minor repairs and refresh items. The team did everything with fair pricing, care and a clear focus and commitment with “attention to detail” on all of my asks and on time. More
I took my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have several recalls taken care of at 8am on a Monday. Despite being busy, they checked me in quickly and seamlessly in less than a minute and I left (had a friend take me home) & fully expected it to be sometime in the afternoon before they'd be finished. Nope, they called at 9:30 and said it was ready, so I went back to the dealership & was immediately tended to and they had me checked out & on my way home (they already had my truck pulled up into the bay) in less than 5 mins. This was hands down the best service experience I've ever received from a dealership and highly recommend them. Plus, I failed to mention this is a brand new dealership & it's great having them here in Prosper! More
