This is a review for the service center. Overall, they missed several marks. #1) The communication was not efficient. I had to call to get an update. #2) Their pricing is much higher than other dealerships. 5 quarts of synthetic oil and filter/gasket is $129. The Toyota dealership down the street is $109 or $89 with coupon. #3) No car wash was provided…upon pickup of the vehicle I noticed it was not washed, to which the car porter responded that I had to ASK my service advisor for this…he ran it through the wash for me #4) windshield stickers…I had a Costco Tire sticker on my windshield, which was removed by the mechanic and thrown away…I asked him to locate it and he couldn’t #5) At time of service, I was not made aware that they charged a 3% credit card fee. I went to checkout and my invoice total was $473.94 but the cashier rang me up for $488.16. When I asked about the difference, they said it was due to their CC fee of 3%. I asked if I could use a debit card to avoid the fee and they said no, it would still apply. So, I offered to pay cash, to which they said they did not provide change, and I needed exact change to pay the invoice. Overall, I’m now considering taking my 2019 Chrysler to another dealership for service for all future maintenance. More

Austin was incredible! Had several recalls and a check engine light on my Rubicon. They estimated 2-3 days, but it only took a few hours! Got my Jeep back the same day. I scheduled a 20K service for my Jeep. I had been sent an advertisement via text that stated that synthetic oil changes were 69.99 and that if you spent over 100 dollars they would give a I had been sent an advertisement via text that stated that synthetic oil changes were 69.99 and that if you spent over 100 dollars they would give a 15% discount. My invoice was over 500.00 and the guy checking me out said the most he could do was 50.00 off (which brought the oil change down to the original advertised price of 69.99). It was just dishonest business practices, not sure who is at fault the dealership or the employee. Other than that the employees were very nice and the quality of the work was fine. But, if you are going to be dishonest about your promotions then it’s really hard for me to recommend people come to this dealership. More
