After a test drive and us deciding to proceed with buying the Rubicon, Charly took over and was exceptionally nice, had a great attitude, extremely personable and a great sense of humor. He answered all of our questions and never left us wondering. At no point did we ever feel pressured or uncomfortable.. He made the entire experience stress free! Next we met with Bryce in Finance. Again, extremely nice and personable and while the finance part of buying a car is usually the most stressful, he provided a smooth transaction for us. Lastly, Lacey in the service department helped us with getting the Rubicon's window tinted. She was very responsive to all of our questions and getting us set up with an appointment. Communications was perfect. The service dept was super quick and it was an overall perfect experience! We have bought a number of vehicles before - and this was by far, the easiest, least stressful and quickest experience we have had.
