Charges for installing a battery is ridiculous! $220 an hour for install on a battery is crazy. I don’t have a hybrid car either. More

I forget his name but the guy who helped me was very helpful. However they did not top off my windshield washer fluid, i kind of expected that I thought they did that when cars were brought in. More
