Just want to say i couldn't be more happier with the deal in which my wife and i received. I don't see Mr. Keith's name listed in the Sales Dept. I want to give him 10 out of 5 stars! That is my guy and look forward in doing business with him again on our next vehicle. We went all over Dallas the whole day starting at 9am. Due note we traveled all the way from South Arkansas to find my wife the perfect car and perfect deal. We just could not get where we wanted or the cars we looked at is what she wanted but the price wasn't quiet right. Just when all hope was lost and thought we'd come back and try it again another day. my wife found the car online at Shootenkirk Prosper. With time not working in our favor being almost 6pm and a 4hour drive back home we shot over to give it a look. We driven the cars all day and knew what it was about so we just went straight to negotiating. We got hooked up with Mr. Keith and it was no hustle and bustle. We showed him some of the deals we found that matched the exact car they had. He ran back and 10min later said we can do that, so he punched the numbers game back and we knew we was leaving with the car. Mr Keith is my guy felt like we known each other for a while.. Chatted like old friends as we would say in South Arkansas. The deal was set and ready to go on his end and he took us over to Mr. Bryce ( Brice with an I is cool LOL ) .. He said hey Brice I'm Bryce! ... i knew then things was going to align. He shot us with the paper work numbers and knew we wasn't going to do any more far as Warranty's and the ad ons. Let me tell you he worked a deal on that stuff that i could not refuse. I have been buying cars for years and even worked for a dealer. Let me tell you he had the deal so good i couldn't turn down the Gap 90k extended warranty. First person to EVER sell me anything of that such. Even my wife told him she was shocked because no one has ever been able to do that. I think that speaks Volumes. More
it's always a headache to take my vehicle for service. Last time I took my vehicle for service, I received a text message with the name of the service dep personal info and I was told to reach to them us Last time I took my vehicle for service, I received a text message with the name of the service dep personal info and I was told to reach to them using XXX number, well this was impossible, he never answered any of my messages and when I called the service department it took for ever to get transferred. After my vehicle was checked, it was determinate that parts were needed to be ordered. I went home and I was told they will call me once the parts arrive to schedule the replacement. About a week after, I was called to let me know that parts arrived and we scheduled an appointment. A day prior my appointment, an other service dept personnel, text me stating that parts arrived and if I would like to schedule an appointment. I explained the situation and that I already have an appointment. He responded that previous service dept person was not longer with them and he was going to take care. When I show up for my appointment, service dept personnel, didn't have a clue why I was there, I had to explain everything again. After an our waiting for my vehicle to be fixed in the waiting area, service dept personnel, showed up stating that the ordered the wrong parts and they couldn't fix my vehicle. The have ordered new parts and they will call me once the arrive to schedule an other appointment. More

I was very happy with the The salesman, the manager, and the financial department guy I was not very happy that it took me over 6 hours and didn’t have my truck ready the next day on my way home the truck b the financial department guy I was not very happy that it took me over 6 hours and didn’t have my truck ready the next day on my way home the truck broke down didn’t even made it home it had to be toed back I understand there were some mechanical issues with the truck and it took me two days before I brought the truck home again I was happy with the service but not happy with a mechanical issues especially when you just bought the $48,000 truck More

I went for service today and was told truck will be ready in under 2 hours. i checked around hour and 30min and was told its almost done, then checked again at 2 hours and told again they are finishing tire in under 2 hours. i checked around hour and 30min and was told its almost done, then checked again at 2 hours and told again they are finishing tire rotation. All this time i noticed a similar truck parked behind the service area. After 2 hours i walked to that area and noticed it was my truck and dealership did not even started the service. Very unprofessional and i would not trust this dealership for anything. I wonder if they would have charged me without even doing the oil change if i had not noticed. More
