A manager at Shottenkirk reached out to me to understand what happened. I told him the complete story, and he said he was going to get with the new GM and get back to me in a few days. That was back in April. He also mentioned they were on their third new management change, and the dealership has only been open for a couple of years. Since then, I have taken my truck to a body shop to be repainted. According to the body shop, the truck was in a major accident, and whoever did the repairs used a lot of bondo and weld it. This is very costly, and it comes out of my pocket with NO assistance from this crappy snake oil dealership. If you are on your third management change, then the problem is with the xxx owner! Again I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to look elsewhere unless they have a penchant for being swindled and lied to. Save yourself the headache and avoid this den of dishonesty at all costs, no matter how many management changes they have you get the same results!
