Met with Fayaz to have a safety recall checked on my car, it was a software update for my Chrysler. He went ahead and did a complimentary inspection and detected all the things that were wrong, broke down al it was a software update for my Chrysler. I really appreciated that, especially since I don’t know a lot about cars in general. He had a great attitude and got the job done quickly! I look forward to visiting him again for future repairs. This dealership, the salesman, Bijon Parker, and the finance manager contributed to the worst car buying experience ever. My nineteen-year-old son visited the dealership and worked with Bijon. He fell in love with a used truck and called me to come up and look at it. While I am aware of the current market conditions and the high demand for every vehicle, this does not and should not alleviate the dealership's level of customer service. To say that Bijon was condescending and curt is an understatement, and he did not try to hide his "take it or leave it attitude" even though we were paying the sticker price. The dealership also plays games with extended warranties and a ridiculous re-conditioning fee of $4K regardless of if your vehicle needed that much work or not to make it ready to sell. In looking at other reviews, this is a common complaint. The re-conditioning fee is just a "junk fee," which is not added to cars at other reputable dealerships. Apparently, according to Bijon and the sales manager, this fee is on every vehicle and not something they remove. While they lowered the price of this "junk fee" to $1200 and finally gave up trying to sell the extended warranties, it made the entire transaction uncomfortable. Once we went back to the finance office (I believe we worked with Jason), they played more games. Despite having all the paperwork with the agreed-on price to put down/finance from Saturday, when we got there on Monday with the down payment in hand, the finance manager said we owed an additional $800. When we asked what for, he kept saying that is the price of the vehicle and the difference owed? He refused to explain it and give us the breakdown. When we pulled up the paperwork from Saturday, he said he would take care of the difference and acted as though we were wrong, and he was giving us something or doing us a favor. If you have read this far, then know this is not a reputable or ethical dealership. Now that the transaction is done, items agreed to be repaired continue to be a problem with no regard for time or inconvenience or broken promises on when something can be worked on. Yes, there is a high demand for vehicles right now but do yourself a favor and take advantage of the other choices out there. If a dealership is built on excellence and customer service, it will be present no matter the market conditions. This is not one of those places. If you do happen to shop here- avoid Bijon Parker at all costs. I am sick he earned any commission on this transaction. Bottom line, my 19-year-old son purchased an almost $50K vehicle. He put 1/2 down with cash he had saved and earned for YEARS and financed the rest independently. Unfortunately, his first purchase, which should have been an exciting experience, was ruined by how the entire transaction has been handled. The dealership and mentality of the salesmen are entirely short-sighted. Yes, they made one sale. And they will never make another sale from anyone in our family again. The only explanation I have for many of the positive reviews for this dealership is that many must be friends and family of the employees there trying to help out. I purchased a used vehicle from another dealership in January, and because of that wonderful experience, I have referred family and friends there. My salesman has sold an additional five cars since January, based on my referrals. I hope this review causes some lost sales to the dealership and Bijon because there are better places and people in which to give your money. Never again! More

I had a problem at the end of the day on a Friday. I didn’t think I would even get an opportunity for anyone to even look at it. To my surprise, I had called and talked to Robby. I was close and didn’t think I would even get an opportunity for anyone to even look at it. To my surprise, I had called and talked to Robby. I was close and he was waiting for me and guided me into the service bay. He got with the mechanic and I had a quick overview of what was going on. I am impressed with the level of help from my mechanic and Robby. Great job on keeping me informed. I am impressed and will give Prosper Jeep an excellent recommendation to anyone that needs their Jeep looked after. I have over 300,000 miles on my Jeep Thanks, Will Morris More
