They were willing to work with us to ensure that we were comfortable with the deal and were completely transparent throughout every step of the process. My wife's Jeep has some issues. Hunter at Prosper Dodge gave us a reference for a tow truck, let me know when our vehicle arrived, communicated the issues with the vehicle in a way I understood, and always gave us a reference for a tow truck, let me know when our vehicle arrived, communicated the issues with the vehicle in a way I understood, and always made sure we were aware of where they were fixing the Jeep and when they were finished.
