Initial contact was typical, but Heather Freeman was unprepared to deal with price negotiation impasses and refused to respond to further contact. Call to GM Chris Grady was helpful, but Freeman seemed to disappear from the transaction. The take-it-or-leave-it approach to pricing was not appreciated. Grady referred me to Sales Mgr. Herron who was also helpful. I received several emails from someone named Brittany, but she never responded to my emails or inquiries. Then Freeman reappeared to schedule delivery of the car but was a no-show for the appointment! Then a new sales rep appeared, named The-The who was helpful but never followed up after the sale as she said she would. The shining star in the deal was not a salesperson, but the title clerk in the business office, Claire Davenport. She made sure the title to the car and a check for a $300 credit was sent to me promptly. Management should encourage sales staff to respond promptly to all customer calls and emails and work harder to be deal makers with out-of-state buyers. The car I bought was as advertised and I'm pleased with it.
