Kevin E. was a great advisor and kept me informed during the entire service and warranty work being performed. Megan at the service checkout was a delight an was a great advisor and kept me informed during the entire service and warranty work being performed. Megan at the service checkout was a delight and Mark D. was wonderful helping facilitate temporary transportation for me. My interactions with all three are the reason why I travel farther for my vehicle needs passing 3 other CJDR dealerships along the way. Will definitely be back again. More
Workmanship and service were great. Customer service did a great job managing the repair and the extended warranty headache on our behalf. Customer service did a great job managing the repair and the extended warranty headache on our behalf. More
Awful slick sales tactics. Charge recon on used cars. Also charge paint protectant. 4k over advertised price. I understand that new cars are selling above MSRP, but there i Charge recon on used cars. Also charge paint protectant. 4k over advertised price. I understand that new cars are selling above MSRP, but there is absolutely no reason to not advertise the sales price on used, UNLESS you’re greedy, or plan on bait/switch. Dishonest. Steer clear. Trash dealership. More
I found a car on autotrader that I wanted to see so I drove up from north Dallas to take a look. Friendly folks, as you would expect at a car dealership. My original sales person who I had been speaking drove up from north Dallas to take a look. Friendly folks, as you would expect at a car dealership. My original sales person who I had been speaking to was with another customer so I started working with another one. It all want downhill from there. First problem, I was told that one of the managers had taken the car off the lot to use as a demo. They were trying to contact him to bring it back, but I could not test drive it. In the meantime, I decided to have them take my car back to appraise it for trade in value. I had already gotten an offer for my current car but If they came close in their offer, I would trade it. Second problem, they came in at $5000 less than the offer I already have. No big deal, I can sell it separately. Third problem, the sales person comes back with what they will take to purchase their car , which is advertised at $38,989. The price they are offering me has “Shottenkirk Care” for $3000, another fee for $995, and a “reconditioning fee” for $2200, making the car total price more than $6000 over the advertised price from Autotrader. Their reasoning is that it’s the wholesale price and they are selling it to me for retail. I don’t know about anyone else but I find this very deceptive. I would highly suggest buying from someone other than this dealership if you want to pay a fair price for a used car. More
The service was prompt, friendly and relatively a short wait. The waiting area was accommodating and other team members were equally helpful. wait. The waiting area was accommodating and other team members were equally helpful. More
