Deceptive pricing. Do not even consider looking at vehicles from this "family" of dealers. Online pricing is only to get you in the door. I drove a hour out of my way to look at a truck that was listed for $42,990. Got there and test drove the truck. Truck was everything I was looking for. Go in to make a deal and find that they added over $7000 to the price. $2999 for a worthless Shottenkirk 1 year warranty when truck already has 14 months factory warranty remaining. $999 for a worthless LoJack system. And almost $3000 for "reconditioning". I was told that they price market aggressively on the website before they recondition a vehicle and that add ons can not be taken off even when the disclaimer on the website states that "Price will be the advertised price plus TT&L, Registration, and $150 dealer documentation fee." Truck was not clean when I got there and looked as if it hadn't even been looked at besides the battery they had to put in before I got there. I called at 1030 in the morning to schedule an appointment to look at the truck. The battery work was not done by the time I got there and they could not find the keys when I arrived at 600 pm. It took almost a hour to find the keys. I passed up other good deals on trucks to come to this dealer to buy from them and was given the run around on pricing. Worst dealership experience I've ever had. Do not shop here. More
