Stacey is the only salesman you need to know. So having to edit my review really upsets me. As I said earlier my salesman was great. But the sales manager, now that’s another story. So at this dealer ship they are going to charge you 3500.00 for the life of the loan for a protection plan that is only good for a year and not give you the correct information up front about it. It’s like the old bate and switch. They do have great prices and the salesman were very great at their jobs. No one said anything to us about this protection plan not once until we caught it at the end, and there is nothing that can be done!!! I mean nothing! Every sale from there has it. They say. So this is how they offset the prices of their vehicles. So all discounts and dealer quotes are not true at all, because not one of them say anything about this service. They just brush over it like it’s your sweaty cousin sitting at the table that no one looks at or talks about. I guess they deal with people catching this so much that they seemed very at ease with getting caught up in their lies they don’t care. So if they make a mark or a line on a piece of paper just know that’s their idea of you have been told and that’s that. I will never be back to this dealership again. I don’t wish ILL will on any one person there. It just seems that the crappy days of shady, corrupt, slimy, salesman are back or at this place I guess it never left. You know it’s always puzzled me how a person can lie all day to every person they meet then go home at the end of the day to “obviously better half” spouse and feel like what they have done is no big deal.
