I did respond to 2 different managers, by email and... crickets. No reply but, that’s what you’d expect when they know you’re right and they know, what they’re doing is wrong. It’s ok, there’s nothing they could do to “remedy” the situation. I’ll never shop at that dealer again, no one in my family will, and I’ll do my best to make sure the people I know don’t shop at it. There are already many reviews that mirror mine and a reputation like that grows. If you are employed here I wouldn’t plan on retiring from this dealership they won’t be around that long.
