I am grading the experience low because the service department response to incoming phone calls is atrocious. Jordyn was a lovely person to deal with and she made me feel welcomed. My complaint is th department response to incoming phone calls is atrocious. Jordyn was a lovely person to deal with and she made me feel welcomed. My complaint is the inability to speak to a service representative on the phone. I encourage you to try and reach someone by phone. I’ve tried calling two different people’s mobile numbers and several times calling the central number and selecting “service”. I’ve dealt with a lot of car dealers over my lifetime but this lack of interaction steals the show. Your truly, Logan Magruder More

Very unhappy with my service experience. 1. No call or text all day to let me know my oil change was done. I had to call. 2. Service department was not able to install my recall updat 1. Service department fixed my tire when I asked for it not to be fixed because I have a tire warranty. 4. I was charged $1,500. 00 for repairs that were incorrectly diagnosed and did not fix the problem.
