While I appreciate their speed at which I was able to purchase the car, I felt rushed to make decisions this caused me to pay more out of pocket than I wanted to. Also, I was promised an extra key but ha purchase the car, I felt rushed to make decisions this caused me to pay more out of pocket than I wanted to. Also, I was promised an extra key but have no paperwork to prove this and questions to my salesman have gone unanswered. This dealership charges you and extra 3k for a service plan and says it’s optional but they did not remove it from my deal after asking. More

Communication with the dealership throughout my service experience was very difficult (2 stars). When compared to Denton (4 stars) or Frisco (5 stars) dealerships this dealership was significantly less suc experience was very difficult (2 stars).
