I had told David (who I never met) the exact car I wanted, I told him the deal was cash, and I told him what time we would be there. I thought Matthew the salesman and the finance person were professional and friendly. Answered all my questions and we got the closing done in record time. I think they were afraid I might pay it off quickly so the high balled the rate. More
