I have used FDJR for many many years for service and have been very dissatisfied with their service. I decided when I got my new 22' Ram 1500, I would use Shottenkirk as my service dealer instead of Frisco D been very dissatisfied with their service. I decided when I got my new 22' Ram 1500, I would use Shottenkirk as my service dealer instead of Frisco DJR. Yesterday I arrived for an oil change and it took a bit of time before someone finally asked if I needed help. Oil change was completed but your tech couldn't find me and the phone number that was taken down was incorrect. On top of that, the windshield fluid was not topped off and the air pressure was not checked in the tires. All 4 tires have different pressures. I guess I'll have to find a different service department that pays more attention to actually servicing my truck. Smh More
