Came in to have a tire fixed or replaced and get and like change. I was told I needed Mopar tire to approve, I could wait for a couple hours or could leave and they would call once they heard back on the ap change. Brandon was communicating letting me know he was still waiting……but then decided to stop communicating. This is my second time to bring my vehicle in for service and both times it has been extremely poor service. I am still waiting for a spare tire that was written into my contract purchase documents. I still have no idea when I will be getting the new tire. Would love to hear from someone. Going on day3 of no use of my vehicle. More

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had buying a car. I originally contacted the salesman about a truck I was ready to buy before I drove the hour and a half to the dealership to see it the buying a car. I originally contacted the salesman about a truck I was ready to buy before I drove the hour and a half to the dealership to see it the morning before, when I spoke with the salesman about the truck he ensured me the truck was available. I got to the dealership, test drove the truck, filled out the credit app and the salesman walked off and said he was going to go have the truck detailed for me. He then returned, only to tell me that the truck had been sold the day before. He then told me that they had another truck that was the same year, make and model of the one I was looking at with the same trim package. I was super pissed and ready to walk out when he asked me to hold on and he got his sales manager (to which I don't recall his name) but he couldn't even look at me in the eyes when he talked to me. He really didn't do much other than apologize. Apparently the other buyer wired the payment 2 hours before we got there and the lack of communication ended up causing us to be in this situation. Right before I was about to leave, I decided to take a look at the other truck. I decided I was to go ahead and buy the other truck that was almost $1000 more than the original truck. The salesman told me he was going to give it to me at the same price as the one I came out for. He also said they would take off $250 for weather tech floor matts because they didn't have them in stock and it would be easier for me to just order them. When it was all said and done, I was content and moved on to the finance managers office. He was super nice and basically told me everything I wanted to hear. Its my own fault for not looking closely at the paperwork before signing because there was no deal made as I was told there would be. Come to find out, I did not get the truck for the same price as the one I came out for originally and there was no money taken off for the floor matts. All in all, I should have just walked away when I was ready to. I forgot to mention that I came in with a down payment that was half of the sales price of the truck and they were cool with not doing anything they said they would. And the icing on the cake was the fact that they said they would fill up the gas tank and they didn't even do that. I will never recommend this dealership, not even to my worst enemy. Because I don't think they should even get ripped off... More
