The staff are friendly and want to be helpful. Unfortunately, the brand new vehicle was sold to me as having 123 miles on it, but when I arrived it had over 2K miles. The vehicle's bumper was dented-in and someone had taken a can of spray paint to try and cover it up...a 5 year old could have done a better job. The dealer agreed to replace the bumper, but now I have to drive 100 miles back to the dealer to get it fixed. Also, the pre-sale inspection came back with all green, but I drove off and found the washer fluid reservoir was completely dry. When I got home I filled it and nothing happened...the washer fluid pump didn't work so I guess they'll have to fix that as well when I get the bumper replaced. Also, the vehicle is a PHEV that is eligible for new clean vehicle tax credits. Unfortunately, the dealership has been unable to provide me with the required "Time of Sale Report" that is needed for me to claim the credits and I'm unsure as to what will happen when I go to file my taxes. I like the vehicle, but there were way too many little things that were passed on to me to have to deal with. More

Shawn called on Wednesday for me to change my Friday appt to Saturday. I agreed only if I could be in early. I arrived 8:15 and Shawn told me about 2 hours. I waited. There was only one other there. Many came and went in the 5 1/2 hours that I was there. The tires are okay but the crap they used to mount should have cleaned up. Poor quality control. Started out very badly. No follow up. No return calls. No one knew what was promised during the purchase of my car. No inner office communication within the company, at all. No follow up. I am a 30 year, dedicated, Dodge buyer. and I am not used to being dissatisfied with Dodge companies/stores/service, etc.in any state I have lived in. I was ready to move on to another Dodge dealership in another city. Shawn , in the service department. happened to answer the phone one day and totally took over to get me back on track with the company and transaction even when it was not his transaction. He is very considerate and professional. He returned calls when he said he would! A new service manager happened to have started working there in the middle of my new purchase and transaction. Kirk (I hope I have his name correct) was informed of the problems from Shawn. He heard my issues, investigated them, followed up with me during that time, and corrected all outstanding issues. Both went above and beyond to assist me. The customer service I am used to with Dodge dealerships has been restored! I will be back next month for new truck tires and will be purchasing a new vehicle from them again in the near future. More
