Wendell was exceptional in his help of reading the error for the check engine light and answering any questions. Michael Andrade on the other hand felt it appropriate to mention how the fairly neutral review of the prior service affected him and felt the need to address it with me. That was a horrible and inexcusable lack of judgement on his behalf and not a good representation of the Jeep brand or any brand for that matter. I asked to speak with the service manager to bring this I called for behavior to their attention, as Michael did not retrieve the manager when asked. Wendell went above and beyond and got the manager so that I could address Michael’s lack of candor and integrity. The service manager (I didn’t get his name-but prior USMC) was fantastic and exhibits stellar customer service skills, leadership skills, and is a solid leader. I want to recognize both the service manager and Wendell directly for their professionalism. More

The vehicle's bumper was dented-in and someone had taken a can of spray paint to try and cover it up...a 5 year old could have done a better job. The dealer agreed to replace the bumper, but now I have to drive 100 miles back to the dealer to get it fixed. Also, the pre-sale inspection came back with all green, but I drove off and found the washer fluid reservoir was completely dry. When I got home I filled it and nothing happened...the washer fluid pump didn't work so I guess they'll have to fix that as well when I get the bumper replaced. Also, the vehicle is a PHEV that is eligible for new clean vehicle tax credits. Unfortunately, the dealership has been unable to provide me with the required "Time of Sale Report" that is needed for me to claim the credits and I'm unsure as to what will happen when I go to file my taxes. I like the vehicle, but there were way too many little things that were passed on to me to have to deal with. More
