I got a flat and driving on it to a safe spot my tire was shredded. I used FCA roadside assitance, which worked great, and was towed to the Shottenkirk dealership. Over the phone the service dept connected me with the parts dept to verify if my tire was in stock. It was no, so they ordered it for next day delivery. The new tire was installed the next day. I thought I was going to have to pay a large amount since the tire was at a dealership. Not the case, very reasonable. I was pleased with the whole experience. More
Our old Jeep’s problems were diagnosed promptly. The service advisor worked with us as we waited on a somewhat rare part. The Jeep performance was greatly improved by the work done. I bought a used car, got it home and drove it for 7 days before it broke down. I had to wait 6 days without a vehicle before the dealership got me a vehicle. This is unacceptable on every level. No Follow-up Call even when told We will call you back over and over. You have to be in front of them to have an answer. Otherwise there is little communication from my point of view. I was coming up from Austin and asked them several times to look it over and let me know if there anything broke or not working. Was told “it’s very clean” several times. Drove down to find probably 5 obvious items that were broken or not working. One item they told me was “ how the car was designed and it’s a back vent”. I should have taken them to look at a new one when they told me that. I ultimately purchased the vehicle because it’s what my wife wanted and I knew I had bumper to bumper warranty but I do have buyers remorse. Definitely would have went a different route knowing then what I know now. More
