Was a cluster from the start, I called to set up an appointment for oil change and fuel filters. The wait time was about 1 hours, they called me in to pay and the fuel filter s was not included. I can’t give this 0 stars so 1 it is. While working with the salesman Kyle he was great, their finance department is an absolute sham. Charging 15k for an extended end warranty, when I called him out he said oh you can have it for my cost which he said was 6k. Then still charged over 8k, added GAP insurance when I didn’t want it. Lied continually when trying to correct the situation. Said he sent cancellations for the warranty and gap but when I followed up with the company they never received anything from the dealer. Will NEVER buy a vehicle from them or any of their other dealerships. Speaking with the lender next week about the fraud they perpetrated. More
