this would be the fourth time I took my truck in for the exact same problem to your service center. I took the truck in on a Monday Friday. I tried to find out what was going on. I was told that it hadn’t e exact same problem to your service center. I took the truck in on a Monday Friday. I tried to find out what was going on. I was told that it hadn’t even been looked at yet you had a whole week sitting on a lot, and nobody looked at it, I was told that the following Monday the mechanic would be looking at it and finding the problem. Starting at Tuesday, I texted for an update of what they had found. I sent several text messages that never got answered finally Thursday or Friday. I got a message back. Send it would be Monday again that the car would be looked at two weeks now you’ve had my truck. again the next week, the third week, I sent several text messages that were not answered. Finally got one back middle of the week that said basically they didn’t know what the problem was, and they were trying to contact some body to determine what the problem was. Inform them that I needed to Truck back by Friday, the end of the third week I was told I could pick the truck up and would be contacted when they heard back from whoever they were waiting on about the problem. when I picked the truck up, it was covered in dirt and bird xxxx. I was told by the person that picked me up to bring me to the shop that they would check with the mechanic and I would be notified within a few days when I could bring the truck back in so they could immediately get started on it. That was 10 days ago. I also requested when I picked the truck up a print out of the history of this problem, the exhaust filter, That you have performed over the last four times. Never got that and even though they knew the filter was full, it was not cleaned out, which would’ve been nice to have it at least clean one more time when I drove the truck until “they got back to me”. only thing left to say is unfortunately I can only give you one star there’s no negative star. if you need another copy this don’t worry should be able to find it on my Facebook page More

Went into the service center on a Saturday without an appointment for a battery issue. They took it in right away and had it back out after replacing the battery surprisingly fast. About 15 minutes. Brandon made the entire service experience a breeze. I scheduled my appointment, showed up, and then was in and out. It is nice to have a dealership give free oil changes and tire rotations with a vehic I scheduled my appointment, showed up, and then was in and out. This vehicle sold me a truck that ended up being littered with issues. Within a week of buying the truck I had to call the service department every day for over 3 weeks until I was finally able to reach a se with issues. Within a week of buying the truck I had to call the service department every day for over 3 weeks until I was finally able to reach a service employee to get some help. I then brought the truck in where it sat for over a month, the only work being done to take apart the suspension and put it back together and replace a headlight, I was charged 1500$ for the pleasure on a CPO Truck that should have been sorted. The issues were A) The suspension was bowed because it was not assembled properly, yet some how the truck passed a CPO inspection. B) The headlights were not compatible and would suddenly stop working, yet again, some how this passed the CPO inspection. When I picked the truck up I discovered there was condensation in the taillight, and issue not present when I dropped it off, to which I had to go to the dealer again to get a new set of taillights put in. The service director was okay but no-one else never called me first, never kept me in the loop and I had no idea what was going on. One service member even claimed "Oh I told you XYZ when I called you yesterday" despite never calling me the day before or ever for that matter, if you want to know something, you have to call first and several times in a day. The service experience was so bad, I went down the road to a non-Shottenkirk dealer and bought a Ford just to get out of dealing with RAM/Shottenkirk/Stellantis. Do yourself a favor and buy literally any other brand/dealer from the start. More
