This last service was excellent. The had my alignment done well and very quickly! But unfortunately, my last couple of visits weren’t great. I’ve been in there several times and I can’t remember the dates, but one of my visits I was promised a detail and full tank. I didn’t receive the full tank, but they did such a great job on the detail, that I let the full tank slide. But I try to be a man of my word and I was hoping they would do the same with theirs. I also bought the care package for door dings and dents. I argued with my salesman and told them I didn’t want it, but felt like I was force to get it. Well… turns out I got I couple of dings and dents, but they said they would fix one and not the other. So that’s why I didn’t want the care package because there always seems to be a reason the warranty/care package won’t cover it. My very first visit was about touch up paint, about 7 months ago, and they said they were out of white paint. I keep calling and asking about the touch up paint and they just keep pushing back the date. This is really frustrating and I would like to hear from a supervisor on the paint issue. Thanks, More
