No communication. Would wait a week with no communication update on vehicle. I had to call every time for any update. No communication at all. When we tried to call to check on vehicle, there was never a return call. We had to keep calling to finally find out when our vehicle was going to When we tried to call to check on vehicle, there was never a return call. We had to keep calling to finally find out when our vehicle was going to be returned (and what the problem was with the vehicle) and ours being a fleet vehicle, the entire process took entirely too long. No one in the service department seemed to know what was going on. It was an extremely frustrating experience. This review is based on the service department since they keep sending this email, I thought I would finally reply. We would never buy a car from the Shottenkirk dealerships as our past experience with their sales deparment and hidden fees were outrageous. More
