Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Granbury - Service Center

I took my Charger in for recommended maintenance per email received from Shottenkirk. When I arrived home, my car was smoking and leaking fuel. Service crew and manager acted quickly and sent a tow truc email received from Shottenkirk. When I arrived home, my car was smoking and leaking fuel. Service crew and manager acted quickly and sent a tow truck to pick it up along with a loaner and a crew to clean up driveway. Problem rectified and vehicle was detailed. I was told that a crew would be back to powerwash the driveway. Driveway never got cleaned. Sad part is, this happened last time I got a oil change there. Oil cap wasn't secure and oil spewed all over engine. Yes, they cleaned it, but quite concerning. More
