Took my brand new jeep in for service the ac wasn’t working. First of all sales were crooks they never ever let us know what is and isn’t covered under warranty. 2nd the nice lady that greeted me on th working. First of all sales were crooks they never ever let us know what is and isn’t covered under warranty. 2nd the nice lady that greeted me on the drive was fired, which is a loss on their end she was probably the sweetest person there everyone else seemed miserable. The GM of this dealership has a big problem with taking care of his customers, especially ones that need loaners. Please do not buy from or use this service department for any of your needs. They are awful when it comes to treating customers appropriately. I have never felt more like a number to anyone in my life. Which is sad because I too work in the customer service industry. More
So my truck was taken in for warranty work to shottenkirk toyota and was there over a month. Who can go a month without their primary vehicle. Was told I could get a rental if I wanted to. I have a diesel tr toyota and was there over a month. Who can go a month without their primary vehicle. Was told I could get a rental if I wanted to. I have a diesel truck for a reason. Some little rental car will not cut it. I lost money with my truck being gone for so long. Well after the transmission was FINALLY put in they had to send it next door to the dodge dealership from programming which is like a 30 minute job. It was not done until I physically got there and told them I am not leaving without my truck close to a week later and then some how my truck miraculously gets done. Well then this lady feeds me a bunch of xx and says that If I am willing for them to keep it a little longer to do other repairs. Which I'm may be wrong but in that month even if there was a wait on the transmission which was only a few days they could have done any other repairs that needed to be done such as recalls or like they said a cam shaft sensor. No no no they wait until I'm pissed and there to get everything "complete" then turn around and ask me to leave it longer to do more work. My advice is don't buy vehicles from here and especially don't get your cars serviced here. Both places are a joke. I don't trust either one and to top it off my transmission is shifting hard still. The only way it can be made up is they let me take it to a place with competent people that actually work on the vehicles and they pay for it. I think that's not to much you ask for lost time and wages that could have been made if it was done in a timely manner. More
Check engine light was on. Service said truck would need an new engine. Under warranty! Turned my car in for electronic stability control repair & requested estimates for additional maintenance. Repair was not under warranty so coming out of my own pocket, which is why I requested estimates on & requested estimates for additional maintenance. A week after my car was turned in, I called for follow up since I hadn't heard anything. I was told all maintenance had been done & part needed for repair was on backorder. This in itself was disappointing as instructions were not followed. She then told me hail damage could be done in house instead of transferring to a third party collision center. I approved. Another week & a half passes & I call back for an update since I hadn't heard anything. I was told a supplement had been submitted to insurance but was not approved yet. Had I not called, I would have never known this. I had minimal damage, which is why I waited 6 months after the storms to have it repaired so I don't agree additional money was needed. The day the supplement was approved, 3 weeks after turning my car in, insurance had run out in the rental car & I had to get my car out. 3 weeks in the shop & maintenance work that was never approved was the only thing that got completed. Despite everything, everyone was super friendly, however friendliness doesn't fix the situation. Highly unsatisfied & will not return to this dealership. More
Took my truck in for warranty work. Service advisor called me within 2 days like promised and had already even gotten approved through my warranty company! Kirk was real friendly and our conversations were informative. He showed me just what I wanted. He listened to my likes and dislikes. Although, I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20yrs, this dealership made this process nice. The calls I received from Kirk were just the right amount for me which made the process less stressful. The things that were done that went the extra mile, so we could reach a deal on my vehicle are very much appreciated. More
