James was great and Gary is a good communicator. I emailed Noelee for copy’s of my dealership warranty for door dings and my certified extended warranty. I drove down from Sherman, Tx to purchase I emailed Noelee for copy’s of my dealership warranty for door dings and my certified extended warranty. I drove down from Sherman, Tx to purchase this truck and because we are care givers for my elderly mother in law I had to get back home. I emailed Noelee and she said that she would get the financial department to email those to me. That didn’t happen so I did a follow up email with no results. I have since called twice to Noelee and was told she would return my call yesterday but she has not. All I want is know what is and isn’t covered on my vehicle. The reason I contacted Noelee is because she has sent me emails telling me if I had any questions or problems contact her and she would like referrals.
