I would do zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership and our sales agent Roy. We wanted to purchase a car in cash and after putting a deposit down and awaiting our forms that were apparently overnighted they told us 24 hours after our deposit, an hour before closing, that we had to wire all the money (nearly 60k) by eod of the car was going back on the market. We had received no paperwork, no bill of sale or any kind of documents in general. They refused to send us any documents demanding money be wired or the car would go back on the market. We said we would send payment once we received some sort of paperwork. We didn’t hear from them until the next day after reaching out again. They didn’t acknowledge anything they told us when we agreed on a price and that since we didn’t wire them the money it is now back on the market and the price we agreed to isn’t valid anymore. Terrible business and very shady! Do not recommend this dealership! More
