In August 2024, I invested in an almost $100,000 for 2023 Cadillac Escalade, purchased specifically to drive for my chauffeur/limo business, only to be met with a series of betrayals and broken promises. Despite assurances of prompt delivery of the title and plates, it has been almost 3 agonizing months without them, leaving me unable to register the vehicle to operate my business. This has not only halted my income but placed my financial stability on the brink of collapse. Throughout my life, I have purchased many vehicles and have never encountered such unprofessionalism and disgrace. Shottenkirk's conduct has been nothing short of appalling, treating me as a mere nuisance rather than a valued customer. My numerous attempts to resolve this with the dealership have been met with total disregard for the situation, extended holds, and empty promises. I was informed that the salesperson responsible for my purchase no longer works there, and the dealership claims ignorance of the title's whereabouts. I have filed a complaint with the Texas DMV and am yet to hear back. Additionally, I requested the dealership take the car back due to the lack of a title, but they flatly refused. This has left me with no choice but to seek legal assistance to address the loss of wages, mistreatment, and the potential severe damage to both my personal and business credit history. This ordeal has been a total disaster, and I am desperate for resolution. I will continue to post updates to keep the public informed about how this situation unfolds. I urge anyone considering a purchase from this dealership to think twice and learn from my experience. I took my car in for a dead battery again. This is my second replacement of a battery on a brand on a three year-old truck ram 1500. The battery that just got replaced was only about a year and a half to two years old. The warranty on the battery says three years, but because I already replace the battery that was only one year old on my truck under warranty they won't warranty this battery. so now I had to pay $400 for a battery. Picked up the truck left the dealer. They never reset the check engine light. Brought the vehicle back right away. They reset the check engine light. Left the dealership again just to find out that they wiped out my SiriusXM from the radio. Had to take it back a third time on a Saturday to have my computers reset on the truck. Then I also got charged nine dollars for using a debit card after I already got soaked for $400 on a battery. More

The worst experience I’ve had owning a vehicle, from the scheduler to the advisor to the arrogant individual who tried to tell me it wasn’t their fault. I scheduled my truck for warranty and not only was it not fixed it wasn’t even touched the three days after the scheduled appointment. I will never buy and/or get service work done at this dealership. I will drive an extra 20-30 miles just so I don’t have to use them. More
BEWARE! !! Drove over an hour 2 times to do business with this dealership. First time 3 packages were added to the sale, I offered cash and my trade in, wou !! Left Friday afternoon, spoke to manager over the weekend and we agreed on a price. Went back Monday morning, mind you over an hour drive. Got there at 845, finance manager came in at 10:30, didn’t greet me, instead had a new piece of paper with my new “finance charges” on it and now we are over $2,000 above the agreed price. Since I was paying cash and they couldn’t get a “kick back” for me financing (yes they told me they get a kick back), they added all the useless packages back on. “Tint/nitros package” windows are already tinted from manufacturer. Lowjack.. don’t need it. And a service plan which I told them I didn’t want or need. I’m not driving over an hour to get my tires filled or a paint chip fixed. I told the finance manger he is willing to lose a customer over some unwanted add ons, he told me, “I guess you’re willing to lose this truck because you don’t want those add ons.” Needless to say, I left. My sales rep Noelee was great but the finance manager there doesn’t care about customers, their time, their business and frankly simple customer service. They will tease you with a low price only to get you there and add all kinds of add ons. This place is the exact definition of the car dealer stereotype. Informed the sales manager of this, no reply, no call, etc. I will give it a day or two before they copy and paste their generic response to this complaint. Please read reviews and focus on bad reviews, see what they all have in common. They have QR codes all over the store so I’m sure it’s easy to get a 5 star from most people, but do your research, check the reviews from people that purchased a car from there. More
