I found the truck I wanted on cargurus. com and it was sitting at this dealership in Granbury TX . I called immediately and secured the vehicle as they are hard to come by. A salesman name Messi picked up the phone right away and he was very nice, efficient and helped me secure the deal. Another really nice thing he did was he went out to look at the truck and took personal pictures on his cell and text them to me and gave me his honest opinion, and his opinion was that it was mint condition, and when I arrived truly was mint Because I lived in Austin and it was a 3 Hour drive to Granbury. I could not get there for three days but with a $500 deposit towards the vehicle they were willing to keep it for me. I can’t say enough good things about these guys ; the finance manager also was very fast and efficient and very nice. This is one great dealership. I’m very happy I found them . More

The staff are friendly and want to be helpful. Unfortunately, the brand new vehicle was sold to me as having 123 miles on it, but when I arrived it had over 2K miles. The vehicle's bumper was de Unfortunately, the brand new vehicle was sold to me as having 123 miles on it, but when I arrived it had over 2K miles. The vehicle's bumper was dented-in and someone had taken a can of spray paint to try and cover it up...a 5 year old could have done a better job. The dealer agreed to replace the bumper, but now I have to drive 100 miles back to the dealer to get it fixed. Also, the pre-sale inspection came back with all green, but I drove off and found the washer fluid reservoir was completely dry. When I got home I filled it and nothing happened...the washer fluid pump didn't work so I guess they'll have to fix that as well when I get the bumper replaced. Also, the vehicle is a PHEV that is eligible for new clean vehicle tax credits. Unfortunately, the dealership has been unable to provide me with the required "Time of Sale Report" that is needed for me to claim the credits and I'm unsure as to what will happen when I go to file my taxes. I like the vehicle, but there were way too many little things that were passed on to me to have to deal with. More

They tried denying outside financing, stated I couldn’t remove their built in warranty that I expressed I did not want, and fired my salesperson the day before I went to get my truck. Shawn called on Wednesday for me to change my Friday appt to Saturday. I agreed only if I could be in early. I arrived 8:15 and Shawn told me about 2 hours. I waited. There was only one other there.
