Poorly prepped as a used vehicle. They Certified a vehicle with a broken reverse light. Tires out of balance and ball joint blown. Needed service the first week of ownership. Dead battery on test drive. They had to be called numerous times to arrange delivery since it wasn’t prepped for sale yet. Wouldn’t drive to Shottenkirk in Granbury for anything. Amanda was very helpful with my latest appointment with the dealership. Only problem was with communications on the time to complete. I called on the second day about when to pick up and was told it wouldn the dealership. Only problem was with communications on the time to complete.
