PLEASE READ IN FULL, BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could leave a zero star I definitely would. We have tried to work a sale over the phone for the past few days because we live a decent drive away and didn't want to waste our time if we couldn't make it work. I'm glad we erred on the side of caution because just when we thought all was working out they dug their heels in on financing. We were already approved through our personal branch, of a financial institution they claim to be something like a diamond dealership with, and they literally KILLED the sale because we refused to fill out their financing application. They lied and said "Oh it won't be another hard hit to your credit" when my husband tried explaining we didn't want anymore hits. We also have had issues with fraud against my husband's credit in the past leaving marks so we typically only apply through our tried and true institutions. Our financer even called and spoke to the finance manager and they gave her a bunch of nonsense as to why they "HAVE" to do it this way. But the number 1 thing was that that's how they tack things on at the end like warranties and such, which again is untrue because those can be added on at anytime. But for arguments sake we'll say they're being honest, it still doesn't matter because we wouldn't agree to anymore add ons anyways. When we say out the door number that is what we mean, period. Our financer was unimpressed by the Finance Manager and their excuses, and expressed in all of her years she has never seen a dealership do this unless it was out of state. She said if we absolutely wanted to move forward that we should be very cautious. I instead have decided to leave this review and hope it detours as many people as possible because something here seems very sketchy. My husband is a disabled veteran and I myself, his wife, have multiple chronic illnesses that causes me a great deal of issues in my day to day life. We seriously do not have the time or patience for dirty dealings. Y'all please beware and be safe when you're out here looking for a vehicle?! This is not the first disgusting dealership we've dealt, especially the finance side of them! The internet is free so please do your research?! This is a buyer's market so don't settle?! We all deserve better than these practices, I don't even see how it's legal. As for our sales associate Anthony David, sorry you couldn't make a sale with us. As for this whole establishment, especially the finance manager, y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. Trying to take advantage of a disabled veteran, and his ill wife, is disgusting and deplorable. Have the day y'all deserve. More
When I brought my truck in, I had a service rep assigned. I called a few days later to get a status of my truck and found out that the initial service rep was no longer working there. That is something tha I called a few days later to get a status of my truck and found out that the initial service rep was no longer working there. That is something that I should have received a phone call on, by the new rep to ensure everything that was discussed with the initial rep had been passed down. Also, part of that, this was warranty work that would have expedited getting parts. Instead, it was a couple of weeks before that information was passed to MOPAR warranty. Once again, information that should have been turned over to the new rep. Also, I had to keep calling to get a status of parts. I should have been kept up to speed on it, especially after it was in the service department for over 2 weeks. One last thing. When a vehicle has warranty work required, either the dealership or MOPAR should provide a loaner vehicle of the same type. My vehicle is a 1 ton dually pickup that I purchased from your dealership brand new. I am a full time RVer and had set a plan to move, pulling our 41 foot 5th wheel to our new location. Luckily the vehicle was ready in time, but we weren't sure it would be for quite a while. A customer shouldn't have to stop all their plans and disrupt their life due to an issue with a vehicle while it is still under warranty. More

One of the easiest buying experiences I have ever had, and I’ve bought a lot of cars. Friendly people, relaxed atmosphere and knowledgeable customer service. Thank you! and I’ve bought a lot of cars. Friendly people, relaxed atmosphere and knowledgeable customer service. Thank you! More
Very poor service. 2 1/2 hour oil change with no one around to indicate high volume of people waiting. They did not check tire pressure or replace washer fluid. **Title: Beware of Shottenkirk: My $100K Cadillac Nightmare** I am compelled to share my distressing experience with Shottenkirk dealership to warn potential buyers of the unacceptable treatment a Nightmare** I am compelled to share my distressing experience with Shottenkirk dealership to warn potential buyers of the unacceptable treatment and chaos I have endured. In August 2024, I invested in an almost $100,000 for 2023 Cadillac Escalade, purchased specifically to drive for my chauffeur/limo business, only to be met with a series of betrayals and broken promises. Despite assurances of prompt delivery of the title and plates, it has been almost 3 agonizing months without them, leaving me unable to register the vehicle to operate my business. This has not only halted my income but placed my financial stability on the brink of collapse. Throughout my life, I have purchased many vehicles and have never encountered such unprofessionalism and disgrace. Shottenkirk's conduct has been nothing short of appalling, treating me as a mere nuisance rather than a valued customer. My numerous attempts to resolve this with the dealership have been met with total disregard for the situation, extended holds, and empty promises. I was informed that the salesperson responsible for my purchase no longer works there, and the dealership claims ignorance of the title's whereabouts. I have filed a complaint with the Texas DMV and am yet to hear back. Additionally, I requested the dealership take the car back due to the lack of a title, but they flatly refused. This has left me with no choice but to seek legal assistance to address the loss of wages, mistreatment, and the potential severe damage to both my personal and business credit history. This ordeal has been a total disaster, and I am desperate for resolution. I will continue to post updates to keep the public informed about how this situation unfolds. I urge anyone considering a purchase from this dealership to think twice and learn from my experience. Let my story serve as a grave warning about the potential pitfalls and the dire consequences of dealing with Shottenkirk. Protect yourself and your investment by seeking a more reliable and trustworthy dealership. More

The battery that just got replaced was only about a year and a half to two years old. The warranty on the battery says three years, but because I already replace the battery that was only one year old on my truck under warranty they won't warranty this battery. so now I had to pay $400 for a battery. Picked up the truck left the dealer. They never reset the check engine light. Brought the vehicle back right away. They reset the check engine light. Left the dealership again just to find out that they wiped out my SiriusXM from the radio. Had to take it back a third time on a Saturday to have my computers reset on the truck. Then I also got charged nine dollars for using a debit card after I already got soaked for $400 on a battery. More
