I am constantly receiving surveys wanting a reply to service. I respond each time, yet not one time have I received a call back in response. There are numerous frustrations pertaining to Shottenkirk service. I respond each time, yet not one time have I received a call back in response. There are numerous frustrations pertaining to Shottenkirk of Granbury in ref to my experience with my Ram. Love the truck, don't trust the finance guy at the time...I learned after the fact that I was misled and lied to about rates. I ended up going with a lender he recommended as having the lowest rate. I found out he had not been honest and immediately refinanced at a much lower rate with a bank he said he had reached out to but had higher rates. There were a couple of other issues I had with him, but it's too late to go back and get my money back on the extended warrantee I believe he misled me on. Yes, I sound frustrated because this brings back the frustrations I had several months ago. My latest service experience was much better than when two other service techs were there. It's better now...let's hope it stays that way. By the way, I do hope that this review doesn't come back to haunt me when I go back for service. More
