WAY over charged for a fuel filter/water separator change on my Jeep Gladiator Diesel. The part online at mopar is $62.75, I was charged $177.60 (RockAuto has the filter for $26.75). Total out the door, for labor and including a 2% surcharge for using a credit card $301.55 (how many people do you know that carry $300+ in cash to avoid up charge?). Never going back to this dealership. More

I drove for two hours to get there. The price on the web site was not even close to the price they gave when I was sitting in the showroom ready to buy. The service advisor was great! That’s why I gave the 5 star rating. However, they wanted approx $750 for main battery and auxiliary battery plus $200 for just bringing it in. I dec That’s why I gave the 5 star rating. However, they wanted approx $750 for main battery and auxiliary battery plus $200 for just bringing it in. I decided to replace the batteries myself. Both batteries would cost me $450 and 20 minutes of my time. When I picked up my car the battery voltage for the main battery it was showing was right where it should be. Nothing wrong with the main battery. Purchased the auxiliary battery for $200, paid them their $200 and saved $500. I do not mind being told something may need to be replaced soon, but I will not tolerate anywhere that tells me something is bad when it’s not. Then to overcharge that much is crazy. Honestly would go a long way to repair the damage to the Shottenkirk name. I guess they are not interested in doing that. Again, the service advisor was great!! The tech….not so much!! More

The people who work at Shottenkirk are customer satisfaction specialists. Oil change and tire rotation for my Jeep Wrangler were completed in the most timely fashion. I was offered water and coffee, while in the spacious and comfortable waiting room. There is also a nice seating area outside for those who need to stretch their legs and breathe fresh air.
