I did not like how I was treated. Did not keep me updated with the process of my car being fixed. My insurance company had to come out to the shop because they were trying to get more payments from me after they were already paid. I had returned my rental knowing I could pick up my car and they were trying ti withhold me getting my car which is frustrating as I need a source of transportation for work. They told me this at end of the work day without a care to help resolve this issue with me and help me understand why, instead said ti call back later. Had to get my dad involved and caused a great deal of stress while I was car-less at work

Brought the vehicle in to have a paint chip repaired and to check a squeak in the back. They told us the paint chip was repaired, but we’re unable to find the squeak. They had the vehicle for 2 1/2 days. More
