Poor communication between the team and me. Service representative unable to describe what/why they were concerned. When asked regarding timeline of getting parts for repair he could not tell me how long it would take, but still said I can’t drive the car, and they couldn’t help with a rental or replacement. Seemed to have an attitude throughout the whole conversation. More
