Scheduled oil change but ended up spending over $200. Was told had engine leak. I had another mechanic look at it and there was no leak. The guy at Shottenkirk gave me an estimate of almost $2000. Poor communication between the team and me. Service representative unable to describe what/why they were concerned. When asked regarding timeline of getting parts for repair he could not tell me how long it would take, but still said I can’t drive the car, and they couldn’t help with a rental or replacement. Seemed to have an attitude throughout the whole conversation. More
