Unfortunately this is the second time I have had issues with Shottenkirk Chevy. I had a service appointment scheduled that would include a service vehicle. I had multiple issues that needed to be resolved with Shottenkirk Chevy. I had a service appointment scheduled that would include a service vehicle. I had multiple issues that needed to be resolved and I was not able to spend a large amount of time waiting. Once I got there they informed me that there was no service vehicles available. I specifically scheduled on this date so I was able to get a vehicle. I will be switching dealerships as I have had to many issues with Shottenkirk. More

The employee that checked me in was great! ! He explained everything to me and after I explained to him that I did not want to be taken advantage of and upsold, he treated me like family. I eve !
